3. Job Applications and Recruitment Services

You warrant that all information provided in connection with job applications, including CVs, qualifications, and work experience, is accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that providing false information may result in the termination of our services.

3.2 No Guarantee of Employment

We do not guarantee that you will be successful in securing employment through our Service. Your success depends on various factors, including your qualifications, experience, and the requirements of potential employers.

3.3 Third-Party Interactions

We may connect you with potential employers. Any interactions, agreements, or relationships between you and these third parties are solely between you and them. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from such interactions.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AR Recruitment and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Service, such as job applications and communications, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

4.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you acknowledge that this Feedback is not confidential and grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate your Feedback in our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AR Recruitment, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AR Recruitment and its licensors and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AR Recruitment regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
